NEWPORT COUNTY AFC

In preparation for our upcoming Carabao Cup second round fixture, Newport County AFC has worked in conjunction with its Safety Advisory Group (SAG) to provide the following ticket information for this fixture below.

The fixture against Premier League side Southampton takes place at Rodney Parade on Wednesday 25th August, kick-off at 7:45pm.

Tickets will be made available to supporters in priority order:

• From 10am on 18th August to 6pm on 20th August - Newport County AFC Season Ticket Holders, Trust Members and Community Shareholders, Volunteers and Clwb Spytty/Teen Exiles members.
• From 6pm on 20th August - General Sale.

Up to 6,000 tickets will be available for sale to home fans. This number is considerably more than the potential number of priority ticket purchasers.

All those who qualify for, and wish to purchase, priority tickets will be catered for.

Priority sales 18th - 20th August

Priority sales will take place as follows:

• NCAFC 2021/22 Season Ticket Holders (Purchased by 12pm on Tuesday 17th August), Supporters Trust members (including Clwb Spytty/Teen Exiles), and Community Shareholders will be able to buy tickets from 18th August until 20th August at 6pm.

Supporters can only claim priority tickets under one of the above categories during the priority sales window.

2021/22 season ticket holders can buy a maximum of 2 tickets during the priority sales period, with a maximum of 1 for everyone else, with the exception of Clwb Spytty members, where there has to be a paying adult with the child member.

Season ticket holders are reminded that your ticket for this match will only be available to purchase for the area your season ticket is in, and there is no guarantee that the second ticket available will be in the same area of the stadium.

Season ticket holders’ seats will be held during the priority sales window until 6pm on 20th August.

If season ticket-holding supporters are purchasing priority tickets by phone, they will have to quote which row & seat their season ticket applies to.

Supporters using their trust membership for priority sales will need to provide their Trust membership number along with valid identification when purchasing tickets in person.

Season Ticket Holders and Trust members will be guaranteed a ticket within this period.

Ticket prices

Ticket prices for this match have not altered from a regular Sky Bet League Two fixture at Rodney Parade.

* Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
** When accompanied by a paying adult. U6s accompanied by a non-paying adult (complimentary tickets) will be charged at U12s prices.

Where and how to buy

*The main Rodney Parade ticket office is situated at the entrance to the Bisley Stand. Supporters are asked to park in the stadium car park and make their way to the ticket office.

Tickets will also be available to purchase online from 6pm on Friday 20th August.

General sale 20th - 24th August

Tickets for the fixture will go on general sale online at 6pm on Friday 20th August.

Season ticket holders’ current seats will be released for general sale following on from the end of priority sales.

Telephone sales

While the club would encourage as many supporters as possible to purchase online when applicable, the club will also facilitate telephone sales throughout the sales periods.

As a club, we want to make sure we give all Season Ticket holders, Trust Members and those supporters wishing to purchase tickets during the general sale window the best opportunity to secure a ticket.

Hospitality

There is also a very high level of demand for hospitality for the fixture.

Hospitality is now available for sale, including executive suites and matchday dining experiences.
